Firefighters were called to a blaze in Brinkworth this evening, following a number of 999 calls reporting large plumes of smoke near the M4.
Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene, but told Wiltshire 999s that the fire was a controlled burn and does not require intervention from the service.
