A fiery crash has shut a Wiltshire road as 999 respond this Boxing Day.
Emergency services raced to reports of a road traffic collision on the A345 in Marlborough at around 8pm this evening (Thursday).
The incident involved three vehicles near St John’s School.
Wiltshire Police confirmed that one of the vehicles was engulfed in flames following the impact.
It’s not yet clear if anyone’s been injured – but the route could be closed for some time.
In a statement, the force said: “The A345, Granham Hill just past St John’s School has been closed following a road traffic collision.
“Three vehicles are thought to be involved with one currently on fire. Emergency services are on the scene.
“Please avoid the area and seek alternative routes.”
