The family of a homeless man from Swindon are appealing to the public for help finding him.
Jake Gilbertson was last in contact with his family at around 11.45pm on 15 June, when he’s said to have contacted them in a distressed state.
Jake isn’t thought to have any belongings with him or access to any money.
His family believe he could be in the Swindon, Bristol or Gloucester areas.
