How Do You Play Street Dice?

The Rules
- In order to ‘pass’, the shooter must roll either a 7 or 11. If they roll a 2, 3, or 12, it means they ‘don’t pass’ (this result is also referred to as ‘crapping out’).
- The shooter will decide the amount of money they want to wager and bet on the result of their first roll – ‘pass’ or ‘don’t pass’.
- The other gamblers must match this wager in order for the game to continue.
- The shooter throws the dice. If they neither roll a ‘pass’ nor ‘don’t pass’, the number which they do roll becomes known as ‘the point’.
- The players now bet on whether they think the shooter will roll ‘the point’ again before they ‘pass’.
- The game ends as soon as the shooter rolls either ‘the point’ or a ‘pass’.
- If they wish to, the onlookers can also play side bets. This means they can choose to bet on the particular number the shooter will roll next.

There are several different varieties of craps, but the main difference between this casino game and street dice is the fact that craps is played at a table, with a special section for players to place their betting chips. Craps is also overseen by a banker or base dealer, whereas street dice is monitored by its players throughout.
