• Theft of meat worth £30 from Sainsbury’s in Salisbury on 17 June 2020
• Theft of meat, coffee, and fishing tackle bag worth £164.04 from Lidl in Salisbury on 17 June 2020
• Assault of a male in Salisbury on 17 June 2020
• Theft of goods worth £17.77 from Westacre Filling station in Salisbury on 10 August 2020
• Assault of a male in Salisbury on 5 September 2020
• Theft of Giorgio Armani perfume bottle worth £84 from Debenhams in Basingstoke on 4 November 2019
• Theft of clothing worth £192.96 from TK Max in Basingstoke on 4 November 2020
Mr Shane Smith was ordered to make a victim services payment of £95 with costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening behaviour, given a community order for 150 hours of unpaid work and ordered to pay £100 compensation after pleading guilty to racially aggravated assault and racially aggravated threatening behaviour, and pay £100 compensation after pleading guilty to assault of a female in Devizes on 15 August 2020.
Ms Sandra Morgan, 43, of Sherbourne Drive, Old Sarum, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a VW Golf in Salisbury on 16 November 2020.
Mr Christopher Mounty, 38, of West Ashton Road, Trowbridge, was given a community order for 4 weeks curfew with electronic monitoring with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to threatening and abusive behaviour and ordered to pay £150 compensation after pleading guilty to assault of a female in Trowbridge on 17 August 2020. He was given no separate penalty after pleading guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Trowbridge on 22 November 2020.
Mr Troy Russell, 24, of Down View Road, Laverstock, was given a community order for 150 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 after pleading guilty to entering a building as a trespasser with intent to steal in Salisbury on 26 October 2020.
Mr Rebecca Wilson, 42, of Churchill Avenue, Bulford, was given a community order for 200 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £85 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to theft of £9450 cash from the Nationwide Building Society in Amesbury between 16 May 2020 and 7 March 2020.
Ian McWhinnie, 45, of Laurel Cottages, Salisbury, was given 3 points on his licence and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to speeding in a Mitsubishi Lancer in Exeter on 9 May 2020.
Miss Hannah Ridler, 31, of Gloucester Street, Malmesbury, was fined £120 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine in Trowbridge on 25 August 2020.
Mr Jacek Gierasiewicz, 43, of Gloucester Road, Trowbridge, was fined £230 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault of a female in Trowbridge on 3 October 2020.
Mr John Rowlands, 54, of Bridgend, was given a restraining order and ordered to pay £300 compensation with costs of £85 after pleading guilty to criminal damage of a vehicle in Corsham between the 9 and 10 of December 2020.
Mr Christopher Hicks, 36, of Whelford Road, Fairford, was given a community order for 80 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £602 compensation after pleading guilty to:
• Theft of alcohol worth £192 from Sainsbury’s in Swindon on 27 January 2021
• Theft of alcohol worth £214 from Sainsbury’s in Swindon on 5 January 2021
• Theft of alcohol worth £76 from Sainsbury’s in Swindon on 20 January 2021
• Theft of alcohol worth £120 from Sainsbury’s in Swindon on 24 January 2021
• Theft of alcohol worth £138 from Co-op in Swindon on 29 November 2020
Ms Kimberley Bird, 30, of Clifton Street, Swindon, was banned from driving for 24 months and given a community order for 70 hours unpaid work with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Mercedes A-class and possession of cocaine in Swindon on 26 September 2020.
Mr Louis Cunningham, 32, of Mallard Close, Swindon, was banned from driving for 17 months and fined £346 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Ford Focus in Swindon on 22 August 2020.
Mr Rion Hayward, 24, of Colston Road, Devizes, was fined £120 and ordered to pay £50 compensation with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to assault of a police officer in Calne on 27 September 2020.
Miss Hayley Chichester, 35, of Station Road, Swindon, was given a community order with a victim services payment of £95 and costs of £85 after pleading guilty to theft of food and alcohol worth £166.28 from Tesco Extra in Swindon on 11 September 202, theft of alcohol worth £492.50 from Waitrose in Stroud on 4 June 2020 and theft of alcohol from Waitrose in Stroud on 30 May 2020.
Mr Anthony Adekanye, 46, of Witchell Way, Salisbury, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £76 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Transit without insurance and other than in accordance with his licence in Salisbury on 14 November 2019.
Mr Thomas Hendy, 33, of Sperring Court, Midsomer Norton, was given 8 points on his licence and fined £700 with a victim services payment of £70 and costs of £110 after changing his plea to guilty to driving a Kia Sportage without insurance in Salisbury on 1 January 2020.
Mr Mohammed Hussain, 46, of Cheviot Close, Luton, was given 3 points on his licence and fined £440 with a victim services payment of £44 and costs of £110 after driving a Mercedes E350 with a bald tyre on the front nearside in Trowbridge on 29 September 2019 was proved in his absence.
Ms Michaela Johnson, 33, of Deacon Street, Swindon, was given 6 points on her licence and fined £660 with a victim services payment of £66 and costs of £110 after failing to give information on the identification of a driver of a Vauxhall Corsa suspected of an offence in Swindon after 2 January 2020 was proved in her absence.
Mr Damien Pitt, 40, of Beechfield Avenue, Newport, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £306 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding on the M4 in a Ford Focus near Chippenham on 2 June 2020.
Mr Afraz Saied, 26, of Coolidge Close, Oxford, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £240 with a victim services payment of £30 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding on the M4 in a BMW 520D near Swindon on 11 September 2019.
Mr Ricky Allen, 27, of Southbroom Road, Devizes, was given 3 points on his licence and fined £146 with a victim services payment of £34 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to riding a Yamaha WR125 other than in accordance with his licence in Devizes on 20 April 2020.
Mr Douglas Rose, 30, of Longcroft Road, Devizes, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £400 with a victim services payment of £53 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Focus without insurance, and further fined £120 after pleading guilty to using a mobile phone while driving in Westbury on 23 December 2019.
Mr Robert White, 29, of Mooltan Barracks, Tidworth, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £750 with a victim services payment of £75 and costs of £110 after a proved Single Justice Procedure found that he drove a Ford Fiesta without insurance in Salisbury on 30 December 2019.
Mr Ratu Yavala, 41, of Greenway Drive, Lyneham, was given 8 points on his licence and fined £390 with a victim services payment of £39 and costs of £110 after a proved Single Justice Procedure found that he drove a Hyundai IX35 without insurance and without an MOT in Calne on 6 November 2019.
Mr Ismail Ay, 30, of Strathmore Close, Carterton, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £575 with a victim services payment of £58 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding on the M4 in a Mazda CX-7., and was fined a further £100 after pleading guilty to both rear tyres being bald near Swindon, on 31 May 2020.
Mr Wildred Chard, 72, of Woodcock Park, Warminster, was given 6 points on his licence and fined £80 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving an Austin Maestro without due care and attention in Warminster on 26 December 2019.
Mr Ravinda Sihra, 29, of Kiln Lane, Swindon was banned from driving for 3 months and fined £500 with a victim services payment of £50 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to speeding in a McLaren 540C in Swindon on 24 May 2020.
Mr Morlon Simon, 30, of Atlas Avenue, Tidworth, was banned from driving for 6 months and fined £270 with a victim services payment of £32 and costs of £110 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Focus without insurance in Salisbury on 26 March 2020.
Mr Samual Murphy, 35, of The Crescent, Pewsey, was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to drink driving in a Ford Transit in Pewsey on 21 September 2020.
Mr Lewis Page, 29, of Upper Ox Hill, Purton, was sent to prison for 14 weeks and banned from driving for 36 months with a victim services payment of £128 after pleading guilty to driving a Ford Transit while disqualified, driving without insurance, and possession of cannabis in Ludgershall on 28 January 2021.
Mr Jamie Pritchard, 27, of Groundwell Road, Swindon, was fined £100 with a victim services payment of £34 after pleading guilty to failing to surrender to custody after being released on bail in Swindon on 27 January 2021.
