A driver mounted the pavement in Trowbridge yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 30 November).
Police were called to the single-vehicle crash in County Way, near the steps to New Road, at around 1.40pm
A silver Audi A3 left the road, impacted a lamppost and demolished a sign on the footpath.
An ambulance was called to the scene but the occupant/s of the vehicle didn’t suffer any serious injuries.
The road was partially obstructed by the damaged vehicle for approximately two hours whilst emergency services worked and the vehicle was recovered.
