A driver flipped their car in a ‘dangerous overtake’ on the busy A338 in Wiltshire.
Emergency services responded to reports of a two-vehicle road traffic collision just south of Burbage at around 5pm on Easter Monday (6 April).
A black Mini Cooper and a black Vauxhall Corsa were involved in the dramatic smash close to Chopper’s Cafe.

It’s claimed the driver of the Vauxhall was on the wrong side of the road overtaking at the time of impact — losing control and overturning the car onto its roof.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance attended, with the male driver of the Vauxhall treated by medics for a number of injuries.
Thankfully his wounds were not as serious as first thought, and he has been taken to hospital by land ambulance. The driver of the Mini was uninjured.
The road was closed in both directions for around three hours while the incident was dealt with.
