A driver was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries following a country road crash in Wiltshire.
Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle road traffic collision in Baydon at around 3.30pm yesterday (21 March).
A blue BMW and red Renault Laguna were involved in the crash on Baydon Road, which runs alongside the M4.
The driver of the Renault, a man in his 60s, was airlifted to Southampton Hospital by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance with serious injuries.
The driver of the BMW, a man in his 30s, was taken to Great Western Hospital with a minor head injury.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision, or who saw either vehicle shortly beforehand, to call our Serious Collision Investigation Unit.
