Shocking CCTV footage shows the moment a motorcyclist ploughed into a car as it turned right.
The video shows a blue Ford Fiesta crossing into a biker’s path on Victoria Road, Old Town, in Swindon on Sunday (3 April), as it turns into Union Row.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 5.15pm, to find a young man seriously hurt.
He’s understood to have suffered significant injuries to his leg and wrist, and other injuries to his shoulder and arm.

The casualty remains in hospital where he is undergoing surgery.
Wiltshire Police said nobody was arrested in connection with the collision.
The force’s roads policing unit is heading up an investigation into the incident. Witnesses, or anyone with information, should contact them by calling 101.
The road was closed between Bath Road and Prospect Place whilst officers worked at the scene and a collision investigation was carried out.
