Dozens of firefighters are tackling a major recycling centre blaze in Wiltshire.
The incident is ongoing at Williams Metals, near Pewsey, since around 3pm today (Thurs).
Ten fire crews are in attendance the B3087 has been closed in both directions.
A smoke plume is drifting in the direction of Pewsey, with locals told to close their windows and doors.
A Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Please be aware that there is a large scrap metal fire to the east of Pewsey in Wiltshire.
“This is causing a visible smoke plume. The B3087 has been closed between Pewsey and Easton Royal.
“Ten pumping appliances and several additional resources are in attendance”
