The discovery of a man’s body has sparked a major police investigation on the Wiltshire border.
Police officers were called to the incident east of Marlborough at around 10.20am this morning (Saturday).
A layby – on the A4 near Froxfield – was cordoned off after a man was found dead at the location.
Police have remained on scene all day after detectives and forensics were tasked to probe the death.

Forensics appear to be focused on a white campervan within the large crime scene cordon – which was located just a few metres over the Wiltshire border, in Berkshire.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson confirmed the force was called at 10.19am this morning and found a man deceased.
They added: “We have commenced an unexplained death investigation.”
