A Wiltshire man has pleaded guilty to killing his three-month-old baby girl.
29-year-old Samuel Warnock admitted a charge of manslaughter when he appeared at at Winchester Crown Court today (16 January).
28-year-old Jasmine Warnock pleaded guilty to an offence of child cruelty – Section 1 of the Children and Young Persons Act.
Paramedics rushed three-month-old tot Miyah Warnock to hospital after they were called to the family home on 20 September 2021.
At Bristol Children’s Hospital on 19 October, Miyah was sadly declared deceased and police launched an investigation into the circumstances.
Samuel Warnock, of Sandpits Lane, Steeple Ashton, and Jasmine Warnock, of Brickley Lane, Devizes, will be sentenced at the same court on 18 March.
