Coronavirus testing centres in or near Swindon are reportedly closed this morning.

Several residents have reported attending the sites across the town today, both of which are completely closed – thought to be due to snowfall affecting staffing levels.

Testing centres confirmed closed include:

– Wroughton Park and Ride
– Broadgreen Community Centre
– Greenbridge
– Swindon Borough Council site (Beckhampton Street)

The nearest centre (to Swindon) open today is in Oxford, a 30-mile – or one hour – drive. Anyone in need of a test is asked to call 119 and re-book their slot.

More follows.
