MICHAEL MCDONAGH – 44 – STATION ROAD, SWINDON
CONVICTED OF: Interfering with a Vauxhall Insignia in Swindon on 7 August 2022 with the intention to steal
SENTENCE: Fined £70
HANNAH POWELL – 28 – LIGHT CLOSE, CORSHAM
CONVICTED OF: Damaging an Isuzu pick-up truck to the value of £980 belonging to her ex-boyfriend on 29 January 2022
SENTENCE: Conditional discharge for one year and a £300 compensation order

JOSHUA WATTS – 32 – WINDMILL LANE, PIBSBURY, SOMERSET
CONVICTED OF: Possessing a five-inch Japanese chef’s knife and the class B drug ketamine and being drunk and disorderly on The Bridge, Chippenham, on 15 July 2022
SENTENCE: Eight-week curfew between the hours of 8pm and 7am daily and 10 rehabilitation activity requirement days
NOTES: The knife and drugs were forfeited to be destroyed
MELANIE JANE SHAWCROSS – 43 – HOLLYBUSH ROAD, WARMINSTER
CONVICTED OF: Stealing a large quantity of spirits to the value of £448 belonging to Asda in Trowbridge on 26 July 2022
SENTENCE: Fined £70
JOHN HARRIS – 69 – ERMIN STREET, SWINDON
CONVICTED OF: Driving a Ford Fiesta on Cricklade Road, Swindon, despite having his licence revoked on medical grounds and driving without insurance on 15 January 2022
SENTENCE: £100 fine and six points on driving licence
MICHAEL RICHARD HAMBLEN – 36 – LADYFIELD ROAD, CHIPPENHAM
CONVICTED OF: The supply and possession of cannabis on 8 March 2022
SENTENCE: Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for one year and20 rehabilitation activity requirement days
NOTES: Cannabis to be forfeited under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and destroyed by the police
AARON JAMES BEN PALFREY – 32 – ROYAL OAK CLOSE, CHIPPENHAM
CONVICTED OF: Riding a KTM 125 motorbike on A342 Sandy Lane while over the drug-drive limit for cannabis – with a reading of 5.3 microgrammes per litre of
blood
SENTENCE: fined £120 and disqualified from driving for one year
