A Chippenham road had been closed whilst emergency services respond to a serious medical incident.
Police and ambulance crews were called to a cardiac arrest in Park Lane at around 3.30pm, with Wiltshire Air Ambulance flying in critical care medics a short time later.
The one-way road, from Bristol Road and Marshfield Road, has been closed due to 999 vehicles blocking the road.
A male casualty is being given CPR outside a house.
The air ambulance landed in John Coles Park.
