A body has been found in the search for missing Wiltshire man Robert Dunn.
Wiltshire Police say formal identification has not yet been carried out, but have informed Robert’s family of this development after the body discovery in Savernake Forest this afternoon.
A spokesperson said: “There is nothing to suggest any suspicious circumstances at this time.
“Our thoughts are with Mr Dunn’s family and friends at this very sad time and we would ask people to respect their privacy.
“We would like to thank everyone who shared our appeals for information and the 200 volunteers, including Lowland Search and Rescue, Serve On, Support2Ops, Raynet, Wessex 4×4 and Rapid Relief team, who assisted with the joint searches over the past week.”
