A biker was seriously hurt in a crash on Monday evening (6 November).
Emergency services were called to a road traffic collision involving a motorcyclist and a car on the A361 Hilperton Road, Trowbridge, at around 9pm.
Due to the level of injury sustained, Wiltshire Air Ambulance medics were deployed to the incident in a rapid response vehicle to assist local ambulance crews.
The biker, aged 19, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. They aren’t believed to be life-changing or life-threatening.
Wiltshire Police said the driver of the car – whose age and sex have not yet been confirmed – was reported for driving without due care and attention and having a bald tyre.
