A biker’s been left seriously injured following a crash on the A420 near Chippenham.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance was called to the scene on the major route between the Allington and Yatton Keynell junctions yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 31 May)
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “At around 3.45pm yesterday (31/05) we responded to a two vehicle RTC between a car and a motorcycle on the A420 near Allington.
“The rider, a man in his 60s, suffered serious injuries which are not thought to be life-changing and was taken to hospital.
“The road was closed to allow for recovery and has since reopened. No arrests were made.”
