An attacker sunk her teeth into a woman’s cheek during an incident in Swindon.
The 24-year-old victim was in Wood Street, Old Town, when she was assaulted on a night out shortly after midnight on Sunday morning (23 February).
It’s claimed the perpetrator was unknown to her, and the attack – outside The Bank – was “completely unprovoked”.
The victim said the woman “jumped up behind me, bit and latched onto my cheek so hard which has resulted in quite a lot of pain”.
She added: “It breaks my heart that now my little girl has to see this on my face. This animal cannot get away with what she’s done!”
Police are said to have made an arrest following the incident, but this has not been confirmed.
Wiltshire Police has been approached for comment, but had not responded at the time of publishing.
