Armed police have visited a new-build housing estate in Swindon a number of times this week in search of an outstanding suspect.
Firearms officers were seen carrying rifles and wearing ballistic helmets in Tadpole Garden Village on numerous occasions this week, including on Wednesday (15 September).
Officers appear to be visiting an address in Heygate in a bid to locate the suspect, understood to be a teenage male.
Wiltshire Police has confirmed that the search is ongoing.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Officers attended an address in Tadpole Garden Village as part of enquiries to locate and arrest an outstanding suspect.
“The suspect has not yet been located and our enquiries are ongoing.”
