An alleged domestic abuser has been arrested after a woman was hurt at a Travelodge.
Police were called to an incident at Leigh Delamere Services, near Chippenham, at around 11pm yesterday (Thursday, 9 January).
A woman, aged in her 30s, sustained minor injuries, and didn’t require hospital treatment.
A 45-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of common assault. He remains in custody for questioning.
