An air ambulance has landed near Royal Wootton Bassett this evening following a crash involving a car in a pitch-black country lane.
Emergency services were called to the incident in Breach Lane, off A3102 Hunts Mill Road, at around 8.30pm.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance was dispatched to the scene a short time later, landing nearby at shortly before 9pm.
One casualty, a man, is understood to be trapped within an overturned car.
