Emergency services have been called to a rush-hour crash on the A3102.
The road traffic collision, thought to involve at least one car, happened at around 5pm today (11 May).
The main route between Lyneham and Calne is blocked whilst 999 responders attend the incident.
It is not yet clear if anybody been seriously hurt.
There are traffic delays on the approach, but a single lane past the scene remained open at 5.30pm.
