Two men have been arrested for sex offences after a raid on a Swindon industrial estate.
Officers executed a warrant at R+H Electric, a wholesale electrical distributors, early this morning (Wednesday).
The unit, on Transfer Bridge Industrial Estate, opposite Tesco Extra, has been cordoned off with police tape as investigative work is carried out.
A specialist search team and forensics are at the scene – with officers guarding the area.
Wiltshire Police have confirmed that two men, aged 71 and 53, were arrested on suspicion of sexual offences. They remain in custody for questioning.
The exact nature of the suspect crimes have not been disclosed at this stage.
“We have set up a scene at the estate while further enquiries are carried out”, a spokesperson for the force added.
Adjacent businesses are open and operating as usual.
