A missing man left the Great Western Hopsital without his medication, police say.
Officers are urgently appealing for help in locating 31-year-old Michael, who is from the Old Town area of Swindon.
He was last seen leaving the hospital in Marlborough Road at approximately 15.30pm two days ago (8 April), before getting onto the 1A bus.
Michael is described as being six foot tall, of large build, with green eyes and freckles.
He is believed to be wearing black trousers and a dark fleece.
“We are concerned about Michael’s welfare as he is without medication which he requires”, a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said.
Adding: “We would like to hear from anyone with information regarding Michael’s whereabouts.
“If you can help, please call 101 and quote log number 54240040365.”
