A Swindon restaurant manager has denied sexually assaulting a teenage boy.

60-year-old Carl Brown is accused of attacking the male at Jack’s, a restaurant on Victoria Road, Old Town, last year.

At Swindon Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday) pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual assault.

Prosecutor Asha Seenauth said the defendant, of Highworth Road, allegedly grabbed the boy’s penis and put his finger into his bottom over his clothing.

Brown will return to the same court to stand trial on 6 June. He was released on unconditional bail.
