Police launch investigation after man chased by teens on bikes in Swindon

Police have launched an investigation after a man was chased by teenagers in Swindon.

The concerning incident happened in Redhouse at around 1pm this afternoon (Wednesday).

The unknown males – wearing dark clothing and riding bikes – chased the 31-year-old in the area of Diamond Jubilee Park, near Addinsell Road.

Wiltshire Police want witnesses to come forward and provide any further information to officers.

In a statement, a force spokesperson said: “We are appealing for witnesses after an incident involving a man being chased by two unknown teenagers in Redhouse, Swindon this afternoon.

“The 31-year-old was approached by the two males on a pushbike at Diamond Jubilee Park near Addinsell Road around 1pm.

“All three [the suspects and the victim] were seen to run towards Lady Lane, away from Tadpole Lane.

“The teenagers are described as around 5ft 5ins tall, aged around 15 or 16 years old, both wearing all black.
