The A338 has been closed whilst emergency services attend a crash.
Police shut the route south of Collingbourne Ducis at around 2.15pm following a reported road traffic collison.
The road is closed in both directions between Leckford Crossroads and Tidworth.
Motorists are being diverted around the incident via Ludgershall – this is causing significant congestion on A342 Butt Street and A2036 Tidworth Road.
It’s not clear if anyone has been seriously injured or how long the road will remain closed.
