A lorry has lost its trailer on the A420 in Swindon this afternoon (8 October).
The trailer became detached from the articulated lorry near Gablecross Police Station, partially blocking the main road at around 2pm.
At 2.10pm, no emergency vehicles were at the scene but it’s understood police have been informed and are en route.
According to Google Maps, traffic is at a standstill on the A420 into Swindon (westbound), with some delays eastbound towards Shrivenham.
