A high-risk missing person has been found after a police helicopter search.
Officers were deployed to reports of a man having gone missing in the Downs View area of Bradford on Avon this morning,
Due to the circumstances of his disappearance, police launched an immediate search.
The National Police Air Service (NPAS) helicopter from Bournemouth attended the incident, carrying out an intense 30-minute search from above.
At around midday, he was located in undergrowth in a field owned by St Lawrence School, off Magnon Road.
Wiltshire Police has confirmed the man was “found safely”.
Emergency services remain at the scene.
