The police helicopter circled South Swindon in search of a missing person this afternoon.
Officers swarmed the Wroughton area following a report about a high-risk missing person, with a police dog spotted searching in the area of Swindon Road.
The missing person was located safe at around 3pm, just 30 minutes after the National Police Air Service helicopter arrived over the town.
It’s believed they were found in the Croft Country Park area off Pipers Way.
