Major travel delays on M4 eastbound as vehicle overturns near Swindon

Traffic on the M4 is currently at a standstill following a collision.

One vehicle has overturned and blocked two lanes near to junction 16 of the M4, causing major delays; traffic is built up to junction 17 at Chippenham.
