Police officers are currently attending an incident in an alleyway in Swindon town centre.
Five police vehicles are at the scene behind the Health Hydro on Milton Road at 7pm, where it is believed a man has been assaulted.
A female, thought to be in her 20s and also homeless, has been arrested in connection with the incident.
The casualty refused medical attention and has left the scene.
Another male, said to be in his teens, was asked to leave the area after swearing at officers.
