UPDATE: Tragedy as missing woman’s body recovered from Wiltshire canal
Specialist police divers have been deployed in the Kennet and Avon Canal as the search for a missing 19-year-old woman continues in Bradford on Avon.
Georgie Nolan was last seen near The Barge Inn in the early hours of Saturday (24 October), with Wiltshire Police growing increasingly concerned for her welfare.
Extensive searches have been ongoing since her disappearance, with divers from Avon and Somerset Police involved in the operation today (Tuesday).

Wiltshire Search and Rescue volunteers are supporting the operation, while officers and detectives continue house-to-house enquiries and other investigative work.
Georgie is understood to live on a boat on the Kennet and Avon Canal and was reportedly last seen leaving her home on foot at around 5am.

A friend previously suggested Georgie may have been wearing a brown Carhartt jacket, but new information indicates she may not have been wearing a jacket at all and could have been barefoot. They also said she may appear confused.
Searches have been focused on the canal since the weekend, with volunteers previously seen entering the water and using underwater cameras to examine areas beneath moored boats and along the canal bank.

Police are also urging residents in Bradford on Avon, particularly those living near the canal, to check CCTV and doorbell footage from the early hours of Saturday.
Officers have thanked those who have already reviewed their recordings but are keen for anyone who has not yet checked to do so.
Georgie is described as being approximately 5ft 4ins tall and having multiple piercings.

Anyone with information about her whereabouts, or footage which could assist the investigation, should contact Wiltshire Police on 101, quoting log 186 of 24 October. Information can also be provided by emailing [email protected].
