A man from Melksham has been remanded in custody for allegedly stalking a woman.
32-year-old Jack Craig is due to appear at Salisbury Magistrates Court today (Monday).
The defendant, of Lapwing Close, Melksham, faces two charges relating to persistent and unwanted contact with his ex-partner.
One allegation is that he stalked her, appearing on routes taken by the woman during the school run and attempting to wave down her vehicle.
It’s also claimed her called her a “f**king whore” in a phone call.
The stalking is said to have occurred between 1 June and 4 October, leading to his arrest by Wiltshire Police at the weekend.
The second allegation is that Craig breached a non-molestation order made by the Family Court in Bath – by making contact with the woman.
He remains in custody ahead of his court appearance later today.
