Famous YouTuber Marlon had to be escorted out of both Chippenham and Swindon by police officers after he was mobbed by fans.
The internet personality, who has millions of followers on social media, live streamed a challenge which began after he was dropped in a woodland location near Bristol.
The challenge required him to make his way to Big Ben in London without access to his own phone or money – but flanked by bodyguards.
Marlon arrived in Chippenham shortly before 7pm, where dozens of fans were waiting for him at the railway station.
The crowd surrounded the YouTuber – who has a following of over 1.5 million on the platform – before following him from the station and into the town centre.
At around 7.05pm, police stopped Marlon in New Road and informed him that a Section 35 dispersal order was in place and he needed to leave the area.
The large gathering caused disruption around Station Hill, with crowds blocking the road and preventing traffic from passing.
Officers offered Marlon a lift out of the area and he climbed into the back of a police car.
He was driven away on blue lights and sirens and dropped at a bus stop, where he was able to board the number 55 bus out of Chippenham.
But his arrival in Swindon at around 8.50pm prompted similar scenes.
Marlon got off the bus in the Blagrove area and began walking towards the town centre via Freshbrook and Toothill, with a group of fans following him.
By the time he reached Wootton Bassett Road, near Wescott Place, another large crowd had gathered around him.
The gathering again caused disruption to traffic, with the road becoming blocked.
Police intervened for a second time and took Marlon into a police vehicle before driving him away from the crowd.
This time, officers took the YouTuber to Swindon railway station, where dozens more fans were waiting.
Police escorted him into the station so he could board a London-bound train and continue his challenge. He actually jumped into a taxi.
However, Marlon faced another police intervention later in his journey when he was stopped by Metropolitan Police officers.
It is believed somebody watching his livestream made a false report claiming that he was carrying a knife.
Marlon was detained in handcuffs and searched by officers before being allowed to continue on his way.
Wiltshire Police has been approached for comment.
