Police have launched an investigation after a girl was touched by a man on a bus.

The incident took place on the number 5 service on the afternoon of 11 May.

The bus was travelling through the Rodbourne area of Swindon at the time.

A girl, aged in her teens, was touched inappropriately by a man.

Officers are now looking to identify a male described as white, of average build, and aged between 60 and 70 years old.

He was seen wearing a beanie hat, a face mask, a red puffer-style coat, black jogging bottoms, and black trainers.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “We are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who recognises the individual described, to contact PC Kearns directly by emailing [email protected].”
