A youth has been arrested after riding a scrambler bike illegally in Warminster.
Wiltshire Police said officers from the Warminster Neighbourhood Policing Team seized an uninsured scrambler under Section 165 powers on Woodcock Road earlier this week.
The bike was located along Woodcock Road before a short foot chase took place.
A youth was arrested at the scene for five motoring offences and taken into custody.
A second youth was issued with a Fixed Penalty Notice for riding as a passenger on the scrambler without wearing a helmet.
A force spokesperson said: “We know off-road nuisance riding is a key concern for our community, and we will continue to take robust action to keep our roads and public spaces safe.
