A male ‘in camouflage’ and riding an e-scooter made threats to stab a person in Swindon town centre, police say.
Officers are investigating the serious incident, which happened in Fleming Way at approximately 10.50am on Thursday (23 April).
The victim, a 20-year-old man, was approached by a male on an e-scooter who threatened to stab him.
The suspect is described as wearing a green jacket and camouflage trousers.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “It is believed there was a person on a bike nearby who would have heard the exchange. We are keen to speak to this person.
“If this was you, or if you can help, please call 101 and quote crime reference number 54260048223.”
