A former Wiltshire police officer has been charged with making child abuse images.
Callum Denley was arrested at his home in Old Alexander Road, Malmesbury, on Tuesday morning (20 January).
The 21-year-old faces a string of new allegations, including:
• Making an indecent images, namely videos, of children in Category A between 16 December 2024 and 6 February 2025
• Making an indecent image, namely a video, of child in Category B between 16 December 2024 and 6 February 2025
• Making an indecent image of child in Category C between 16 December 2024 and 6 February 2025
• Possessing a prohibited image of a child between 4 May 2025 and 13 June 2025
• Breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order by deleting a file sharing application between 2 May 2025 and 13 June 2025
• Possessing an extreme pornographic image, namely of a German Sheppard dog, on 17 February 2025
Denley has been remanded in police custody and is due to appear before Swindon Magistrates Court this morning (Wednesday).
