A man’s been charged with attempted murder following an incident at an address in Royal Wootton Bassett yesterday.
Police were called to the incident in the Lime Kiln area in the early hours of yesterday morning, where a woman was allegedly suffocated using a plastic bag.
23-year-old Nicholas Bray, of no fixed abode, is accused of attempting to kill his girlfriend in the incident.
He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear before Bristol Crown Court on 15 February.
