A Wiltshire teacher will face a jury over allegations of sexual assaults and strangulation.
Matthew Torrington is due to stand trial at Winchester Crown Court on 15 October 2025.
The 36-year-old denies three charges of sexual assault and a single count of non-fatal intentional strangulation.
All four alleged offences relate to the same woman, and are said to have taken place in 2024.
Torrington, of Semington, was released on bail – with conditions not to contact the complainant – at a previous hearing at Salisbury Crown Court in April.
The trial is expected to last three days.
Alleged victims of sexual crimes have the right to lifelong anonymity. It is an imprisonable criminal offence to share any piece of information that could lead to their identification.
