A triple stabbing in Gloucester has left one victim in critical condition.
Emergency services were called to the incident Bedford Street, in the city centre, at around 7.40am this morning (Wednesday).
Three people sustained knife wounds, and were taken to hospital for treatment.
One of the victims is said to be in a life-threatening condition, while the two others have serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
A man has been arrested in connection with the incident and is also being treated in hospital for injuries< Gloucestershire Contabulary confirmed.
A force spokesperson added: “We believe the incident was contained within the address and we don’t believe there to any ongoing threat to the wider public.
“Road closures are in place while emergency services remain at the scene.”
