A Swindon town centre nightclub has been forced to close after a lorry collided with the building but left the scene and failed to report the damage to anyone.
Lava Lounge on Fleet Street was damaged in the road traffic collision yesterday evening, according to a spokesperson for the establishment.
The crash has caused damage to the building’s power supply, meaning it will closed tonight, Friday 23 March. Though it’s believed the club will reopen for Saturday night.
