Police in Swindon are investigating a serious incident at a house this morning.
Officers were called to the property in Beatrice Street at around 12.30am today, by the ambulance service who had responded to a call about two casualties.
A 22-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman were taken to hospital.
A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said: “Our enquiries are currently ongoing so at this early stage of the investigation it would be inappropriate to comment further.”
Officers remain at the scene at 6pm this evening.
