Police have named a man who died in a crash outside GCHQ in Cheltenham on Sunday.
Theo Welsh was pronounced dead after a Porsche he was travelling in hit a tree on the A40 Benhall Roundabout at around 12.40am.
The 36-year-old father, who lived locally, died at the roadside. His family have been informed. Read our coverage from the scene >
Gloucestershire Constabulary arrested two men – aged in their 30s – on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following the fatal incident.
Officers later arrested a woman aged in her 20s and a third man aged in his 30s on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
All suspects have since been released under investigation as forensic work on the vehicle involved continues.
