Emergency services were called to an incident in Swindon this afternoon.
Police and the ambulance service were called to Logan Close in Old Walcot at around 4pm today, following reports of a man having suffered injuries to his face.
A spokesperson from Wiltshire Police said the injured male, who may have fallen from his bicycle, refused to engage with them, or paramedics, and left the scene.
