An arson attack on a farm in Faringdon is being investigated by the police.
Emergency services raced to reports of a large fire on Church Path Farm at around 7pm on Friday evening (11 April).
Firefighters worked to bring the raging blaze under control for several hours.
Farmer Amy Shoemake believes a group of youths, who were seen nearby shortly before the fire, are responsible for it.
‘We witnessed a group of youngsters making their way up here 15 minutes before getting a call about this and we will be accessing CCTV footage from along Church Path’, she wrote on Facebook.
Adding: ‘This is not okay. Please be better.’
Thames Valley Police has launched an investigation into the incident, with Detective Sergeant Michael Fogg issuing a statement.
He said: ““This reckless and dangerous incident of arson has caused a significant financial loss to the farmer as well as causing issues with feed for his animals.
