Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance landed in Swindon this morning (Wednesday) – with a casualty was rushed to hospital.
The yellow and green medical chopper touched down in a green space close to Shaftesbury Lake, off Eldene Drive, at around 9am.
Critical care medics provided urgent care to a patient at an address in Colingsmead, alongside two ambulance crews and an ambulance officer.
The casualty was put into a land ambulance and taken to hospital for further treatment. Air ambulance medics accompanied them.
The incident is believed to be a medical emergency, with no police officers tasked. Further details are unknown.
