The A429 near Malmesbury is shut after ‘several’ ice-related crashes on the route.
Emergency services were called to multiple incidents early this morning (Friday).
Now, due to the number of road traffic collision, police have closed the road in both directions between the roundabout at M4 Karting and Corston.
In a statement, Wiltshire Police said: “Please be advised that we are currently dealing with several road traffic collisions on the A429 due to ice on the road this morning.
“A full road closure from the karting centre towards Corston is expected to remain in place for several hours.
“Please follow diversion routes and thank you for your patience.”
